Ingredients: Brown rice flour, Flax meal, Sourdough culture (Rice, Quinoa, Surghum, Chicpea flour), spring water, sea salt. (all organic ingredients)
Large 2 lb or Small 1 lb . Rolls also available.
REGULAR SOURDOUGH BREAD.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, sourdough culture (Whole wheat flour , water), Sea salt, spring water (all organic ingredients)
Loaves: 1 1/2 lb and 2 lb. , Baguettes
